Shauna’s Bio

Shauna Mei is a MIT engineer turned commerce and media industry expert and the founder and CEO of Launched in September 2010, connects the best the world has to offer to the most discerning individuals from around the globe. Mei’s vision was to build a sustainable, full price, full value destination merging exceptional design and intelligent content to provide the ultimate discovery experience. By combining the power of storytelling with commerce and social curation, Mei’s hope is to inspire people to consume more consciously across their lives, and to celebrate, protect, and cherish creativity. 
Prior to launching, Mei served as the COO of Casall, a Swedish wellness/activewear company. She also co-founded the Aronsson Group, a luxury fashion investment and advisory firm, and has worked in both Private Equity and Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs.
